It's that time of year when people eat hotdogs and this connection celebrates that with a great pick of Hot Dog songs. The songs all have Hot Dog in the title, except for the two commercials which just have dog in the title. The last one is not even about Hot Dogs, but it still kind of fits, because you could use the jingle to talk about hot dogs instead of dog food. Although I would not suggest that Ken-L Ration is good food for dogs. In fact I bet there are some hot dogs that have more beef than Ken L Ration. I could be wrong. Some of these songs are not about the food we eat in summertime, but rather just an expression of joy. I didn't make the distinction. Leave it to say that I do love a good Hebrew National hot dog (and even some of the no name brands) and not just because they report to a higher power. Either way enjoy these songs this summer.
