Always around this time of year a few things happen. We eat a lot of holiday cookies, we bake a bunch and people bring them to work and we end up eating a ton. At the same time it's almost the end of the year so we think about setting goals. One of those goals usually also is that we feel guilty about eating all those cookies and so we make it a goal to eat better. That usually means no more cookies, or limited cookies.
