I'm always surprised that these songs are not played on Classic Rock radio. They should be. Every one of these deserves airplay and probably gets some on non-traditional radio. But not Classic Rock radio. Thankfully there are some rock radio stations that do not follow exactly the format. Begun in the 1980's in some fashion or another, it officially marks it's start in 1986. Made to appeal to mostly males of tried and true rock songs (mostly from the 60's to 70's) it has changed little up to the present. A lot of these songs on this pick, would easily fit on any AOR station and could easily be fit in between a Classic Rock station, but they aren't. A couple of these songs you will think do get played, but checking old Classic Rock playlists, they just haven't been. Now you can play them yourself.
