Okay I couldn't help it, I had to add part 2 of this connection. In The Garden Of Eden or when you are drunk it sounds like In A Gadda Da Vida. That's the story anyway. It starts with a drunk guy, a cool melody and drunken lyrics about the Garden Of Eden. But they were smart enough to keep the drunken version which made it into a classic for Iron Butterfly. I included the Mojo Nixon version I mentioned yesterday. I also included yet another Iron Butterfly version. This time the edited version from the Manhunter soundtrack. It's the eight minute version. Kind of in between the album version and the single version. Also probably the shortest version of the song by Roommate From Hell. And the famous version by the Incredible Bongo Band.
