Phaux Philly Pick

Sometimes I just get what I think are brilliant ideas. This pick is one of them. The Sound Of Philadelphia by non-TSOP bands. Not just Blue-Eyed Soul or as Bowie described it: Plastic Soul. But also bands such as the Jacksons, who made their TSOP album with most of the same people, but definitely was not TSOP. But also some fun tracks that were influenced by the movement: from Bowie to Elton to Lennon to Queen. Not forgetting Simply Red and The Style Council. There's probably way more of this than I have scraped together here, but that is for you to point out so I can make another volume of this.
