So it's the last Thursday and Friday of the month and I have been posting my pick of each year in the 80's and posting them. First time for me to post these here. I originally made these into cassettes and then later into CD's and gave them to friends and radio listeners that asked for them. Until I ran out each year. Like the previous top picks, I do the single songs on Thursday and the next day it's the top ten albums. Some of these songs were not only what I listened to at home, but also at clubs I was going to. Hard to believe that a club was playing Public Image Limited and the Stranglers, but they were getting more New Wave. General Public was everywhere. Not so much Butthole Surfers and Chris and Cosey, but they were so much on my radar. I hope you like these picks. I still wonder how much of this I would keep on the list today? Did any of these make it on your list then?

It comes in threes. Kooymans, Ozzy and Hulk Hogan. So sad
