Slow Poof 6 goes a little deeper than yesterday's Poof. This pick leans more pop-ambient, with things stretching out and hanging longer, even when there’s a beat. Robin Guthrie shows up, and again, and Cocteau Twins energy is everywhere, and the space between notes matters as much as the notes themselves. Funny enough, the shortest song on these Slow Poof picks so far helped point the way — a reminder that drift isn’t about length, it’s about feel. Same Slow Poof, just a little farther out.
